Erectile Dysfunction

In the United States it is estimated that between 15-30 million American men suffer some sort of erectile dysfunction. There are different ranges of disorders within the term erectile dysfunction, prolonged painful erections not associated with sexual desire, also curvature of the penis during erection (Peyronie's disease) and premature ejaculation. Usually when referring

Though erectile dysfunction most commonly occurs in men over the age of 65, it may occur at any age. One may have an occasional episode of erectile dysfunction at any age but this is normal, in most cases it is nothing to worry about. As a man gets older it is normal to experience changes in erectile function, erections may take longer to develop, they may not be as rigid or may require more direct stimulation to become erect. A man may notice that their orgasms are not as intense, the volume of ejaculate becomes reduced and it takes longer times between having erections.

Viagra, Levitra, Cialis

We all should be thankfull to Governments that are considerate of letting people know of what problems may occur with the use of prescription drugs. I give full ratings to the FDA of the United States for making the consumers aware via the internet of problems that may occur while using Cialas, Viagra, or Levitra. The following was a release by the FDA as of 07/2005

A small number of men have lost eyesight in one eye sometime after taking Cialis, Viagra or
Levitra. This type of vision loss is called nonarteritid anterior optic neuropathy (NAION). NAION causes a sudden loss of eyesight because blood flow is blocked to the optic nerve.

We do not know at this time if Cialis, Viagra or Levitra causes NAION. NAION also happens in men who do not take these medicines. People who have a higher chance for NAION include those who:

have heart disease
are over 50 years old
have diabetes
have high blood pressure
have high cholesterol
smoke
have certain eye problems

FDA has approved new labels for Cialis, Viagra, and Levitra to include information on possible eyesight loss (NAION).

Stop using Cialis, Viagra, or Levitra if you have a loss in your eyesight. Get medical help right away.

This is the kind of information I feel that is quite valuable to all of us.
